Some people have to learn the hard way.  Robotnik, also known as Eggman, posed as a plastic surgeon in his latest attempt to get rid of Sonic once and for all.  Don’t ask us, it wasn’t our brilliant idea.  The charade went too far however when an innocent woman left Robotnik’s office with unexpected results.
