The world can’t get over Nintendo’s newest success, the Wii Fit!  Initially accused of taking a “dumbed down” and “completely ignorant” approach towards fitness, several studies have been carried out pertaining to the effectiveness on the Wii Fit, and show that playing video games while standing on a f*cking piece of plastic is actually a smart way to work out.
