If you already bought Animal Crossing: City Folk, for shame.  Didn’t you hear?  There’s a NEWER and more EXCITING version on the horizon!  After the multiple complaints issued by gamers, stating that Animal Crossing: City Folk was “more of the same”, Nintendo is trying to rectify the problem with Animal Crossing: New York City Folk.

In an effort to cater more to minorities, Nintendo’s next Animal Crossing game uses a new engine specifically designed for the Wii, codename "Lacist Engine."  According to Nintendo, this new engine is so advanced that it can replicate your Animal Crossing character realistically, based on your responses to carefully chosen questions.  Unlike previous versions of Animal Crossing, in which all characters were Caucasian in appearance, this version boasts an eclectic amount of new races in order to appeal to minorities.
