In what looks to be yet another attempt to make money, Merchant told the Hidden Palace Zone yesterday that his memoir will finally go on sale by the end of next week. After years of selling black market arms to soldiers and special agents alike, Merchant decided that now was the perfect time to finally retire. His memoir, 10,000 Strangas, 1 Dream, will shed some light on Merchant’s mysterious past. We have a sneak peak at what to expect once the memoir hits store bookshelves next week.
The following is a short excerpt from the first chapter of 10,000 Strangas, 1 Dream:
My destiny was decided from the moment I took my first breath. I come from a long line of merchants, all of them aptly named “Merchant.” I was, of course, no different. From my first assignment:
To my last:
I knew that my prices were high. I knew how corrupt my line of merchants were. Yet… I became numb to it all in due time. It was my destiny and it was my curse. It was my burden and it was my life. “Come back anytime?” Not anymore for that chapter in my life is now closed forever. Besides, I can make just as much money by selling this book anyway._
